    Decor and attentive staff. We did experience some delays in service during peak times at breakfast, a bit disappointing. The quality of the meals and amenities.

    great experience but minor issues

    The staff's attentiveness, especially at the buffet where they catered to our vegetarian needs. The room had a amazing sea view that enhanced our vacation experience. We also appreciated the swift laundry service, which returned our clothes in just three hours.

    The check-in process took longer than expected.

    Our stay was wonderful, enjoyed astonishing breakfasts.

    The location for Ha Long was stunning and particularly good, not far from the different restaurants, the private island where the resort is located, and all the boats leaving for Ha Long Bay so easy access. The rooms were brand-new and new-fashioned. We stayed for trip and would like to go back there again.

    The location was beautiful and incredible, short walk to the spectacular views of Halong Bay, a beautiful island with beautiful views of Ha Long Bay and a taxi to the hospital in the late night hours. Friendly service was provided here.

    The resort is fine and perfect for relaxation. We visited the amazing limestone islands and even went kayaking. The breakfast buffet kept us full, and the staff were super friendly. Don't forget to check out the indoor pool too!

    One downside was the room service. It was slow, and they messed up our order once, frustrating.

    I loved vinpearl! My beautiful ocean view room was fine, looking out over beautiful waters. The indoor pool was a highlight, and i enjoyed an amazing spa treatment. Breakfast had a wide variety to satisfy every taste. The speedboat service is super convenient, running every 20 minutes to the island.

    Perfect for Families Seeking Relaxation

    The private island experience was something else totally. Seriously, the staff, they were all so attentive it's like they were watching every move, seemed like royalty. And once, there was this moment when we lounged at the beach bar, sipping on cocktails, just basking in the sun, heaven.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience made it bearable.
